About Our Services

Beachside Aesthetics & Wellness is operated by Emilie Masi, a registered Nurse Practitioner, and provides medical-grade aesthetic treatments including:

• Cosmetic injectables (anti-wrinkle treatments and volume treatments)
• Microneedling and skin rejuvenation treatments
• Medical grade light therapy (LED)
• Carbon laser facials
• Fibroblast plasma treatments
• PRX skin rejuvenation
• Rejuran (Salmon DNA) skin boosting
• Body composition scanning (InBody)
• NP wellness consultations
• Skin analysis and consultations

All treatments are performed by qualified, licensed practitioners in accordance with AHPRA guidelines and TGA regulations.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments. Valid photo identification may be required to verify age.

Certain medical conditions, medications, or circumstances may make you ineligible for treatment, including but not limited to: pregnancy or breastfeeding, active skin infections, certain autoimmune disorders, blood clotting disorders, allergies to treatment products, and use of specific medications (e.g. blood thinners).

You must disclose all relevant medical information during your consultation. Failure to do so may result in adverse reactions and voids any liability on our part.

Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be made online through our Fresha booking system, or by phone on 0488 921 821.

All new clients must attend a 45-minute initial consultation before receiving treatments. This includes a comprehensive medical history assessment, skin analysis, clinical photography for medical records, and a personalised treatment plan.

You will receive a booking confirmation immediately after scheduling, a reminder text 3 days before your appointment, and a final reminder 24 hours before.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a $250 fee. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice.

Payment Terms

We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit and debit cards, Afterpay (fees apply), and gift vouchers. Deposits are required at time of booking. Full payment is due at time of service.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. No refunds for completed treatments except for major failures as defined by Australian Consumer Law. Products are refundable within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. Gift vouchers are non-refundable but transferable.

Informed Consent and Treatment Acknowledgment

By receiving treatment, you acknowledge that you have provided complete and accurate medical history, disclosed all medications and allergies, understand the risks and benefits, and consent to the proposed treatment. You understand that results vary between individuals, no specific results are guaranteed, and complications, though rare, can occur.

You must inform us immediately if your medical condition changes, you become pregnant, start new medications, or develop new allergies.

Health and Safety

We maintain strict infection control protocols including single-use disposable items, proper sterilisation procedures, and regular staff training.

If you experience any adverse reactions, contact us immediately on 0488 921 821 or seek emergency medical care if severe. We maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance and emergency supplies on-site.

Gift Vouchers and Packages

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• Non-refundable but transferable; cannot be redeemed for cash
• Treatment packages must be used within specified timeframe
• Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Cannot be combined with other offers

Liability and Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for results that do not meet your expectations, or for complications arising from failure to disclose medical information or follow pre/post-treatment instructions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
